All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. You can read all about CrossFit, but doing an introductory workout with us is the best way to see what it’s all about. We host an Open House WOD every Saturday morning at 11:15. Just show up, and during the hour, you'll learn the basic principles of CrossFit, led through a warm up and then an entry-level CrossFit workout, 404 style. Alternatively, you can attend any one of our Foundations classes to learn about our core CrossFit movements and try out a workout.

If you’re new to CrossFit and want an easy, economical way to learn the basics, then take advantage of our $99 CrossFit404 Trial. For this one low price, you’ll take an OnRamp class that will teach the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare you for success in our classes. After that, access two full weeks of regular CrossFit classes.

It’s easy to become a member of the premier CrossFit community in Buckhead. We offer both unlimited memberships and 3 visit-per-week memberships. All memberships include our OnRamp program, so you can learn or brush up on CrossFit fundamentals (experienced CFers can opt out of this program). Additionally, we offer a MissFits membership package for access to ladies-only classes, yoga and endurance classes.
